I was at a festival and saw a sign for gumbo and was like let me see about this. Po Boy was I surprised!! It was FULL of shrimp and sausage and the flavor was incredible. I mopped it up! And have been wanting more ever since.

Catfish being out of stock is my only negative remark. I ordered the shrimp po boy and I was extremely pleased. The flavor and portions were both ideal for a man with my palette and appetite. The shrimp covered the sandwich to the point I could see nothing else. The potato wedges were seasoned to perfection and the accompanying sauces were delicious. Not many Black owned businesses in the area so I will be supporting.

Po Boy Brothers! I will for sure spread the word about how great the food is. I had fried catfish w/ Mac & cheese while my wife had grilled catfish w/ Mac & cheese. Excellent & delicious are some words to describe the taste. I don't do okra but my wife said it was sooooo good. The cornbread......YUM! The punch was super tasty as well. Shout out to Karen and her husband for making a wonderful meal. We will be back real soon.

My food didn't even make it home! I had to pull over so I could eat & enjoy it. I ordered the shrimp poy boy & okra to go. Unfortunately, they ran out of okra so I didn't get to try it . My heart broke a little because I love okra lol. But, the food was delicious! The fries that came with the poy boy were seasoned soo perfectly. I'd come back for those alone! Also, the owner was very nice & parking was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Family owned business. Beautiful dishes with explosions of flavor! The catfish poboy with truffle fries and some classic beignets to finish it off are a Must!! Chef Nehemiah & Karyn are top notch! I'd give 10 stars if possible.

The Po Boy is excellent. They only had chicken and shrimp when I went. The chicken is amazing! It's the best Po Boy I've ever had and I've been to New Orleans a few times. Made to order so it was fresh. It is pricey but so worth it and the portions are huge. Beignets were great too! I'm not a huge fan of beignets so I'm also not the pickiest about them. There isn't a place to eat in as it is a building of different kitchens and other food joints share the building. I recommend ordering ahead or ordering for delivery off of Grubhub, etc. You can order there, you'll just have to wait and possibly outside in your car. The service is fantastic. So nice!

Saw their link on FB and that night we tried the Shrimp Po Boy, okra, jambalaya and beignets! Very good! Shrimp are huge! Seasoning is awesome! Two toppings for the beignets! Jambalaya so tasty! If you like fried okra, spot on! (Only drawback for us is, it's a ghost kitchen, so you have to take it home to eat and it's not as hot as should be - we don't live very close) Did I mention, the owners are as terrific as their menu!

I'm not even sure where to start. Everything was AMAZING AND FRESH. They were very busy when we ordered but it was well worth the wait. Everything was seasoned so perfectly and it was the right amount of food. Beignets came with two sauces (I loved the vanilla one) and were soooo fluffy & good. The shrimp po boy also came with sauce but it was so good that I didn't even add the sauce. I'm not sure who came up with these recipes but kudos to them. They also have this punch (not pictured) that's to die for. Customer service was great; husband and wife own it and you can taste their passion through their food. I will definitely be supporting every time I'm in the Valley. I cant wait for them to open more locations. :)

This ghost kitchen is so close to me and how lucky am I to have this gem close by. This is my second time trying and it has gotten better since my first visit. The recipe for the catfish is so much better and seasoned perfectly now. The shrimp is very well seasoned and the batter is fried perfectly. The shrimp are very large in size. I love the lemon flavor in the batter. It has a little spicy at the end that is great. The flavors were very good. The prices are reasonable for the large portions. The beignets were amazing. I highly recommend you try this place at least once. It's a great place for food that is rarely found here in the valley.
